Vega’s “Thrive Energy Cookbook” presents the reader with 150 plant-based recipes that correspond with the tenets of Ironman Brendan Brazier’s Thrive philosophy. The majority of the recipes are also gluten- and soy-free, and many incorporate Vega’s own nutrition products to add a dollop of wallop to your snacks and meals. If plant-based diets are new territory for you, there are also many recipes singled-out as “transitional” to help you ease in to a new, more healthful diet. Brazier also includes a list of what he considers his most essential pantry basics, which you can then use to develop your own Thrive-approved recipes.
