  1. Is there any way you could post suggested serving size of each to add to a smoothie? Or is that dependent on individual labels on the products?

    1. Hi Gena! Yes it’s dependent upon the product, the recipe, and whether you are new to it or not. For example, for blue green algae such as E3live or spirulina, it’s recommended to start with 1/2 teaspoon and work up to more since this product can help detox you and you may experience detox effects. Also maca is something you will want to start with smaller amounts, usually 1/2 teaspoon to start and work up again. Hope that helps! HAPPY BLENDING! ๐Ÿ™‚
