1. Try this Copycat Chilis Salsa
Chips and salsa is everyone’s go-to party snack, especially when it’s made healthy and fresh!
These gluten free recipes are a Blender Babes favorite.
Just blend up, either chunky or smooth (we LOVE chunky salsa) and serve with your favorite tortilla chips and you have yourself a quick and healthy salsa for guests.
Enjoy alongside a pitcher of margaritas!
2. Skinny Guacamole Dip.
A wonderful party dip, this is a slimmed down healthier version of everyone’s favorite dip, and with a power blender, this lower fat and calorie guacamole is even easier to make!
It will go perfectly with any chip or “dip-able” veggie!
It makes the perfect appetizer: healthy and delicious.
3.Hummus, hummus and more hummus.
Can you really have too much hummus?
I didn’t think so.
Give me ALL the flavors! Thyme, red pepper, chili lime, black bean, beets – oh my!
Even harder, resisting long enough to serve them to your guests!
I do recommend doubling the batches for a par-tay!).
These high-protein snacks are basically guilt free. 😉
4. Skinny Low Fat Buffalo Chicken Dip.
My go to is this recipe. I healthified the high calorie insanity that is a “Normal” Buffalo Chicken dip recipe (which has 55 calories and 2 grams of fat – PER TABLESPOON!!)– and it’s the PERFECT Super Bowl snack recipe for your party!
I made this for last year’s big game and it was a HIT!
Don’t you worry your waistline over it one more minute, we present to you the new norm.
This recipe for buffalo chicken dip is made easy (as usual!) using a high speed blender, like a Vitamix or Blendtec.
5. White Bean and Rosemary Dip.
This low calorie white bean and rosemary dip recipe by holistic nutritionist Peggy K, really satisfies ALL the senses!
It’s super savory with a delicately creamy texture, making it a perfect addition to a mixed vegetable crudité.
It’s truly the perfect make-ahead side for your next party!
6. Skinny Caramelized Onion Dip.
I made these for last year’s showdown as well and it was one of the first items gone from the snack table (good sign!).
This healthy and delicious take on the classic caramelized onion dip is sure to be your chip or veggie’s new best friend!
Grab those lonely sticks of carrots and celery in your fridge and give them a kick of flavor with this easy recipe for a guilt-free dip.
Or GO BIG and use ruffles. What the heck, it’s game day!
A tasty delight for any party spread you can dunk your favorite potato or pita chip into this gluten-free skinny dip without worry.
7. Savory Appetizer Cheesecake.
Quickly whip this up for your party, this savory appetizer cheesecake with crudités is a great way to enjoy fresh vegetables.
Your guests will have no idea that this appetizer recipe is so easy to make in a Blendtec or Vitamix high powered blender!
8. Healthy Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip.
Prepare this healthy hot artichoke and spinach dip as an appetizer for your Super Bowl party and people will be raving about it’s delectable smell even before you take it out of the oven!
We adapted this tasty Food Network recipe to be made with a high powered blender (of course!) but it can also be made with a food processor.
At only 100 calories per serving, this healthy variation has only a fraction of the calories found in restaurant versions.
Just add pita or tortilla chips and you’ll have a TOUCHDOWN on your hands!
9. Herbed Chicken Fingers & Spicy Sun Dried Tomato Dipping Sauce.
With the big game around the corner, you are likely going to find yourself wanting some SUPER Bowl snacks to satisfy your SUPER appetite!
To use a SUPERlative, these herbed chicken fingers with spicy sun dried tomato dipping sauce will surely be the greatest snack in your starting lineup.
Whichever team you are rooting for, we guarantee these tenders will not make it to the second half. In fact, they’ll be lucky to make it to kickoff.

Love these. My only question is: Do you have nutritional breakdowns? I am in Weight Watchers and like to figure points. Have the newest Vitamix and love it. Great recipes. Thanks
Hi Gene, thanks for sharing! We are working on adding the nutritional breakdown for each of the recipes on our site, including the ones in this list! Unfortunately we do not have the Weight Watchers points though. We may consider adding this as well at some point. The vitamix 750 is AMAZING, so glad you are loving it! 🙂 HAPPY BLENDING!
