This Challenge is different for a few reasons, one of them being that it is FREE! We want you to spend your money on nice, organic produce (if you can), superfoods, exercise options, and treating yourself right; NOT on recipes. Most Green Smoothie Challenges and other Smoothie Recipe Books range from $15, for a book, to $60+ for a group cleanse! We want you to get the most bang for your buck – and that means that the recipes, Facebook group, and support are all FREE. It also means that we put conscious effort into organizing the smoothies by ingredients – and grouping them so you can easily add Green Smoothies to your diet without breaking the bank. Adding a Green Smoothie to your everyday diet should NOT drastically change your grocery bill. PLUS – you DO NOT NEED a high powered blender such as a Blendtec or Vitamix – we will teach you how to make green smoothies with a “regular” blender! :)

There are a few ways that we’ve conspired to make this Challenge suit everyone’s individual needs. For one, you can choose between supplementing or replacing meals–see more about this below.     well my kids and i have been making green smoothies daily since i got a Waring Pro blender… BUT the motor burnt out on it this week… so now we are trying to get by making them with an immersion blender… not quite the best way to make smoothies, but we all of us just don't feel right without our green drinks SO we accept the challenge to keep making them however we can and maybe enen win this contest THAT would be a nice twist to a healthy commitment ☼
