    I have followed healthful pursuit for awhile even when she was vegan. I am a mostly plant based eater who eats fish maybe 4-5 times per year. She recently posted a video/interview about following a ketogenic diet as a vegan, it peaked my interest as I am also in school for holistic nutrition and thought I would try it out and report on it. I started Monday and plan on sticking with it full on for 6 weeks then if all goes well follow her plan for cyclical keto where you restore your glucose levels on carb up days. Looking forward to results as I have gained weight eating way to many carbs over the last year.
