  1. I did keto for six months and it was a hard trial and error for me trying to figure it all out on my own. I wish this was around for me when I had started it would have made my life so much easier. I am convinced that a cyclical ketogenic diet is what I will have to stick with for the rest of my life to keep my blood sugar in check and keep my weight going down (and stable.) Thank you so much for this really comprehensive book and marvelous meal plans. I am going to start on the 5th of January back into my keto mode, and will be using this as a guide.
