ALMOND JOY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
This delectable almond joy protein smoothie is one of my FAVORITES!
It packs the all-important 1-2 punch of delicious ANDÂ nourishing!
A great healthy replacement for your ice cream or milkshake cravings, this thick, rich smoothie is filled with protein, electrolytes, potassium, and just enough healthy fats to keep your skin radiant and your belly feeling full.
Enjoy as a guilt free, well balanced dessert substitute (1 cup) or enjoy it as a full on meal replacement!

A high power blender can easily pulverize sticky dates. If you have a “regular” blender you will want to soak the dates first. 🙂

Almond Joy Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Water
- 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao
- 1 Tbsp Almond Butter OR 12 almonds
- 1 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Pitted Dates
- 1 Bananas fresh or frozen
- 1 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
- Ice if using fresh banana
Optional Garnish:
- Sliced Almonds
- Cacao Nibs
- Shredded Coconut
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Top with optional garnish!
