This challenge is different for a few reasons, one of them being that it is FREE! We want you to spend your money on healthy, organic (if you can) produce, superfoods, exercise options, and treating yourself right; NOT on recipes.

Many Smoothie Challenges and other Smoothie Recipe Books range from $15, for a book, to $60+ for a group challenge!

We want you to get the most bang for your buck – and that means that the recipes, Facebook group, and support are all FREE.

It also means that we put conscious effort into organizing the smoothies by ingredients – and grouping them so you can easily add Superfood Smoothies to your diet without breaking the bank.

Adding a Superfood Smoothie to your everyday diet should NOT drastically change your grocery bill.
