One 15 1/2 ounce can chickpeas
fresh lemon juice
extra virgin olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Add drained chickpeas to your blender jar, then remaining ingredients.
: Run the BATTERS/DIPS cycle. Stop and push the ingredients down into the blades if necessary and repeat until desired consistency is reached.
: Select variable 1, slowly increase to 8.
Blend for 30 seconds, using tamper if necessary to push ingredients into blades.
