Ingredients
  • 4 cups filtered cold water
  • 2 cups of your favorite fresh fruit berries, papaya, watermelon
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh squeezed lime juice
  • Stevia to taste
  • Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
  1. Place fruit and water in blender jar to puree.
  2. For Vitamix: Start on Speed 1, turn machine on and slowly increase to speed 10, then to HIGH for 1 minute, then stop.
  3. For Blendtec: Press the WHOLE JUICE button.
  4. Add lime juice and stevia.
  5. Garnish with lime wedges.

Recipe Notes

If you have a "regular blender", puree the water and fruit, then place a small sieve over a pitcher and pour mixture into it, straining the liquid into the pitcher. Discard solids.
