Rise and Shine Juice

  • 1 1/2 cups filtered water
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 2 apples halved and cored
  • 2 carrots medium, scrubbed
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1/2 of a large lemon's juice
  • 1 to 2 inch piece of ginger peeled
  • 1 cup ice


  • Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  • For Blendtec: Press the SOUP* button.
  • For Vitamix: Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, speed #10, then to HIGH. Blend for 1.5 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately.
