Ingredients

  • 12 ounces filtered water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 celery stalks
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 apple cored
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup papaya with seeds
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • Juice 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 cups ice

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the jar in order listed
  • Blendtec: Press the Soup Button
  • Vitamix: Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run for 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth.

Recipe for Blendtec 96oz Wildside or Vita-mix 64oz jar. Cut recipe in half if using smaller jar.
