Skinny Bleu Cheese Dressing

non-fat Greek yogurt
Juice of one lemon
Freshly ground black pepper
divided (1/4 cup chopped or crumbled for topping)
Place the yogurt, lemon, vinegar, salt, garlic, onion, and honey & 1/4 cup bleu cheese into your blender jar.
: Use the DRESSINGS/BATTERS button.
: Starting at Variable/Speed 1, ramp up to Variable/Speed 4 and run until well mixed, about 10 seconds.
Spoon into a serving bowl, stirring in the remaining 1/4 cup bleu cheese crumbles and topping with freshly ground black pepper.
Enjoy with spicy hot chicken wings or over a wedge of romaine. Can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container for over 1 week
