unsweetened milk substitute
ground or soaked
cacao nibs or raw cacao
Justin's or Not-tella
raw almonds or cashews (soaked 4-8 hours)
unsweetened shredded coconut
more if using fresh banana
Optional - shredded coconut or shaved cacao for garnish
Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
: Use the SMOOTHIE button.
: Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, speed #10, then to HIGH. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with optional coconut flakes and/or shaved cacao
