3/4cupsour cream OR vegan sour cream such as Tofutti
1/2cupunrefined sugar
2tablespoonshorseradish* from a jar
Instructions
Place into a power blender in the order listed, secure lid.
For Blendtec and Vitamix: PULSE** several times being sure to keep chunky (do not puree).
The relish will be thick, creamy, and a shocking pink.
Put in a plastic container and freeze.
Early Thanksgiving morning, move it from freezer to refrigerator compartment to thaw.

* Horseradish: red is a bit milder than white ** If your Vitamix does not have a PULSE feature, turn the machine to high and turn on and off to equal 1 pulse.
