Kimberly Snyder's Sweet Basil-Lime Dressing

  • 1/2 garlic clove medium
  • 1 cup basil
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 to 3 drops of liquid Stevia
  • 1 lime juice
  1. Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Blendtec: Press SPEED UP to speed 5.
  3. Vitamix: select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, speed #10, then to HIGH. Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. Pour over your favorite salad and enjoy!
