Strawberry Smoothie

This is a nutritious, low calorie smoothie the kids and adults will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup 120ml apple juice or water
  • 1 cup 240g lowfat strawberry yogurt (greek or coconut/soy for vegan yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup 120g strawberries
  • 1/2 orange peeled
  • 1/2 cup 120g pineapple
  • 2 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  • Blendtec: Press the SMOOTHIE button.
  • Vitamix: Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE 10, then to HIGH. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.

Use water to decrease sugar (or try half juice + half water)
