Popeye's Surprise Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 4 to 6 ounces non-dairy creamer or your favorite milk substitute
  • 1 scoop vanilla flavored protein powder we like Vega One OR non-fat dried milk
  • 2 tablespoon raw honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups ice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  • For Blendtec: Press the ICE CREAM button.
  • For Vitamix: V ARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, speed #10, then to HIGH. Use the tamper to press ingredients into the blades. In about 30-60 seconds, the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. Stop machine.
  • Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.
