Flat Tummy Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie/Cocktail

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup filtered water or coconut water
  • 3/4 cup papaya
  • 3/4 cup sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup pear usually 1/2 pear
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice*

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  • For Blendtec: Press the SMOOTHIE button.
  • For Vitamix: Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, speed #10, then to HIGH. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.

Notes

*For a COCKTAIL - add 1-2 oz of vodka and add 2 cups of Ice and for a MOCKTAIL, just the ice! ;)
