  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 scoop Blendfresh Pre & Probiotic optional
  • 1 scoop Red or Orange Blendfresh optional
  • 1 cup ice


  • Add ingredients to jar and secure lid. Blend until smooth.
  • For Blendtec: Use the Smoothie setting.
  • For Vitamix: Start on Speed 1, turn the machine on and slowly increase to Speed 10/High and blend for about 45 seconds, or use the Smoothie setting.
