Ingredients
  • 2 cups packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup flaxseed oil
Instructions
  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
  2. Add cilantro and blanch for 5 seconds.
  3. Drain and immediately plunge into a bowl of ice water.
  4. Drain well and squeeze out all liquid. Dab to dry if necessary.
  5. Put cilantro, olive oil, and flaxseed in blender and secure lid.
  6. Blend for 45 seconds, using a tamper to press the ingredients into the blades if necessary.
  7. Strain through several layers of cheesecloth or paper coffee filter into a squeeze bottle, discarding solids.
  8. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
