Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • ½ cucumber peeled
  • 1 medium green apple cored, peeled
  • ½ cup honeydew melon
  • ¼ cup fresh mint
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or 1 date pitted
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ½ cup ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. For Blendtec: Blend on HIGH for 90 seconds.
  3. For Vitamix or other Variable Speed blender: Select VARIABLE Speed 1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE Speed 10/HIGH. Blend for 90 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
