OJ Lean and Green Ice Pops

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 field cucumber skin removed
  • 2 teaspoons coconut nectar


  • Add all ingredients to the jug of your blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  • For Blendtec: Press the SMOOTHIE button OR use manual speed 10/HIGH and blend for 45 seconds.
  • For Vitamix: Start the Vitamix on Variable 1. Turn the machine on and slowly increase to Variable Speed 10/High, and blend for one minute until smooth.
  • Divide mixture between the ice pop molds. Cover with ice pop tops and transfer to the freezer to chill for 8 hours.

If you have difficulty finding coconut nectar, honey or turbinado sugar may be substituted.
