Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 3 tbsp hemp seed
  • 2 tbsp dried goji berries
  • 1 tsp chili powder or use a fresh, de-seeded, red jalapeño pepper instead
  • sweetener to taste (optional)
  • Ice less if using frozen fruit

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Taste, blend in favorite sweetener as desired.

Notes

1. Add 1 tbsp chia seed for extra fiber.
