Refreshing & Simple Strawberry Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened, plain or vanilla
  • 1 cup English cucumber with skin
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • 2 cups ice 1 cup if using frozen fruit

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed and secure lid.
  • For Blendtec: Press the SMOOTHIE button.
  • For Vitamix: Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE, speed #10, then to HIGH. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
