Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple juice
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 banana sliced
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup vanilla coconut or soy yogurt or plain + ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup ice more if using all fresh fruit

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed, secure lid and blend until smooth.
