BLENDER BABES RECIPE TESTER NOTES
The first time I made this, I used vanilla frozen yogurt.

The next day, I was craving another, but I was out of yogurt, so I subbed a frozen banana…which I loved even better than the one with yogurt!” andI think this recipe was easy, and ended in a great final result.

I’ll definitely be making this again.”

HEALTH BENEFITS NON-DAIRY MILK
These days, people aren’t limited to drinking just cow’s milk.

There are many reasons for moving away from traditional dairy.

More and more studies are suggesting that perhaps cow’s milk isn’t the healthiest option.

Some are concerned about America’s industrial production of dairy, including pasteurization, others are worried about added hormones and the ethical treatment of dairy cows.

Still others believe that cow’s milk, no matter how ethically produced, has adverse health effects on children and adults.

  1. I have heard of Jamba Juice but have never seen one. I’m guessing they must be in the big cities, and I’m just a back woods, small town gal.

Absolutely love it, thanks. My favorite Jamba Juice smoothie is Strawberries Wild, to make it healthier I would use dairy free yogurt and soy milk.

  3. 5 stars
i like your recipe , my healthy way is : 1 tablespoon of green tea powder +2 orange+1/2 banana + a little bit of honey to be loaded into blender, till they are mixed together then you can enjoy very health juice smooth

    1. I’ve been really loving using green tea powder too! Will have to try this version thanks for sharing Christina! 🙂

  4. My favorite on the menu is the Orange Dream Machine, so this recipe is right up my alley! Off the secret menu, I like the Pink Star. For the Orange Dream Machine, I’d try to use low-fat/non-fat frozen yogurt.

  5. To make the Jamba Juice Peanut Butter Moo’d smoothie healthier, I’d substitute PB2 powder for the peanut butter!! Less fat and you still get your protein!!

  6. I haven’t been to Jamba Juice in years, but this recipe looks great! I love the tester’s comment that you can successfully sub banana for the yogurt. Thank you!
