HEALTH BENEFITS & FUN FACTS
Your baby’s first foods are important.  Bananas are an excellent source of nutrition and have been considered to be one of nature’s perfect foods.
Bananas contain potassium and fiber and are also high in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and Vitamin B2.
Healthy blood pressure, as well as healthy heart functions, are derived from potassium. Studies have shown that people who consume bananas and other foods high in potassium are less likely to develop atherosclerosis and high blood pressure.
Please remember that bananas can be binding, causing constipation for your little one, so make sure you don’t overdo it when feeding your baby this nutrient-packed fruit.

  1. I can certainly vouch for the Vitamix when it comes to making baby food and really anything else for that matter. Yeah it is a bit expensive, but when you really see everything you can make with it, the price is totally worth it (look at it as an investment in yours and your child’s health).

If anyone is interested in reading a more detailed review of the Vitamix, I found one here: http://www.charlottesvineyard.com/vitamix-5200-review/

    Hope that helps!

    1. You are awesome! Thanks Jane, we wholeheartedly agree 🙂 Great review! We will be posting our own soon, along with a video demonstration using it – and showing what a truly necessary investment either of these blenders are! ~ Blender Babes
